Pipeline Replacement

Pipeline Replacement

We specialize in installing new pipes below roads and railway lines through advanced techniques like:

Horizontal Directional Drilling
Pipe Ramming
Percussive Moling

These methods ensure minimal disruption to existing infrastructure while providing cost-effective and reliable solutions.

CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE (CIPP)

Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) is a trenchless pipe lining technique where a flexible liner saturated with resin is inserted into a damaged pipeline, and once cured, it forms a seamless, durable, and rehabilitated inner pipe surface.

PIPE
BURSTING

Pipe bursting is a trenchless method used for both size-for-size pipeline replacement and increasing the existing pipeline size by fragmenting the old pipe while simultaneously pulling in a new, larger pipe, all without the need for open trenches.

PULL-IN FLEXIBLE LINERS

A reinforced fabric hose is pulled into the existing pipelines whilst in a folded configuration. Once inserted, the hose is pressurised and forms a tight fit within the existing pipeline. The reinforced fabric hose liner provides greatly improved burst performance of the rehabilitated pipeline and eliminates leaks. It is specifically designed for water mains and other pressurised pipeline applications.
